 Welcome to the AFA Class of ‘76 website!  This site includes all things Spirit of ‘76.  Most importantly, of course, is everything you need to know about our 50th Reunion, a 50th Reunion that we hope will be the best and most well attended in history.  But this site — and our reunion — are much more than that.  They tell a story in which all of us play a role.  It began as Our Story from July 1972 to June 1976 as we shared common experiences and commitment.  Then it became Your Story as each of us navigated fifty years of career, family, successes and failures, joys and heartbreaks.  And now we pass the torch to the Legacy Class of 2026 as they write Their Story.  Please, plan to participate as we celebrate our times together, reconnect with classmates and hear their unique life stories, and bestow a deeply meaningful and symbolic class gift that will forever enshrine ‘76 as the builder of the Long Blue Line Memorial, the physical representation of the continuing story of our United States Air Force Academy!
